Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during high order volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (if available)

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. If you realize there is an error, please contact us at contact@celestialvesture.com as soon as possible.

If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Celestial is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue.
